DC Climate Week (DCCW) is a community-organized week of events, exhibitions, tours, screenings, and gatherings across Washington, DC. Together, we will explore the challenges of the climate crisis and discover the solutions that give us hope. Whether you’re deep in the work or just getting started, let’s build community and drive climate action April 20-26, 2026.

Why DC Climate Week?
DC is a labyrinth of tight-knit, action-driven communities. It has more vast, green spaces and parkland than any other city. And it’s home to a global network of policymakers, sustainability experts, nonprofits, and civic-minded activists. Here, diverse neighborhoods, creative industries, national institutions, and cultural landmarks intersect, making DC a one-of-a-kind hub for climate action.
